At Nanyang Law, Anurit is responsible for legal technology and is involved in all aspects of intellectual property rights, which includes patent drafting and prosecution, writing patentability reports, conducting prior art searches and analyzing the novelty of target patents. Primarily, he conducts critical patent analysis and responds to office actions as well as for other contentious matters. He is involved in patent drafting, rendering patent opinions, and proactively identifies patentable intellectual property through meticulous legal research.
From his extensive professional experience doing patent work in several law companies and industrial sectors in India prior to working at Nanyang Law, Anurit developed a skilled expertise in managing patents in technology domains and familiarity in working with related databases such as Orbit, Delphion, Totalpatent, IP, Google Patent, USPTO, Patent Lens and Espacenet. He brings advanced technical research and development experience as well as legal expertise to the firm and is skilled at strategically preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
With the combination of both his strong technical capabilities and interpersonal skills, Anurit is also well-equipped to organize team initiatives, and oversees staff communication within his team.
