At Nanyang Law, Saowanee is involved in consulting clients on ­filling applications for international registrations of trademarks in accordance with the Madrid Agreement or Madrid Protocol.

She has extensive experience in providing legal advice and strategies to clients on issues involving trademarks, copyrights and patents. Prior to joining Nanyang Law, she headed the overall operations as an IP Executive in Bangkok, Thailand, where she handled registration and prosecution of trademarks in Thailand and other jurisdictions, and reviews and drafts IP-related agreements and other commercial contracts. Her abundant work experience of over 5 years in reputable international firms also allowed her to attain considerable IP experience, particularly in trademarks and IP-related contracts. Knowledgeable in her field, Saowanee has been invited to speak at many events regarding IP Law, organised by private and government sectors.
